1. What is the purchase price of a Vend Las Vegas self-checkout machine?
   Please contact our sales team for current pricing. Basic unit starts at $800 plus tax and shipping

2. What hardware is included with the self-checkout machine purchase?
   Our standard package includes the touchscreen display, computing unit,  and barcode scanner, 

3. Do I need technical expertise to set up and operate the machine?
   No, our machines are designed for easy setup with step-by-step instructions. We also provide online setup assistance and training for all purchasers.

4. What ongoing fees are associated with the machine after purchase?
   There are no additional fees from us. The only fees you pay are the payment processing fees from Stripe, Venmo, CashApp

5. Why is there no credit card reader?
   All payment transactions require the customer to scan a QR code with their phone. This allows a lower cost for the machine and reduce hardware costs to you. 

6. What kind of technical support is included with purchase?
   We have an email support option, we will respond to your support questions in a timely manner

7. How often are software updates released?
   We are continuing to improve the functions of the Self Checkout machine. As these updates roll out they are made available to our users 

8. What happens if the machine malfunctions or breaks down?
   Our machines come with a 1-year hardware warranty. After diagnosis, we'll ship replacement parts or a complete replacement unit if necessary. Warranties do not cover physical abuse/misuse of the machine

9. Can I customize the user interface with my own branding?
   Yes, the interface can be customized with your logo, color scheme, and welcome message. Advanced customization services are available for an additional fee.

10. What reporting capabilities are included?
    The system includes comprehensive reporting on sales, inventory, product performance, and transaction details. Reports can be accessed through the admin portal and exported in various formats.

11. Is there a limit to how many products the system can manage?
    The standard configuration supports up to 10,000 unique products, which is more than sufficient for most micro markets. 

12. How does the system handle tax calculations?
    The system allows for flexible tax configuration, including the ability to set different tax rates and designate which products are taxable.

13. Can multiple machines share inventory data across locations?
    Yes, our cloud-based system allows for centralized inventory management across multiple machines and locations, providing enterprise-level visibility.

14. What kind of internet connection is required?
    The machine requires a stable internet connection for payment processing and cloud synchronization. Wi-Fi is required.

15. How secure is customer payment information?
    Credit card information is not stored on the machine. All payment processing complies with PCI DSS requirements and is completed on customers phone

16. Can I sell the machines to my clients or is this for my operation only?
    Our standard license allows you to deploy machines in your own operations. 

17. How do I handle inventory restocking with the system?
    The system includes inventory management tools that generate restocking reports and can even create purchase orders based on sales patterns and current inventory levels.

18. Can I start with one machine and add more later?
    Absolutely! Our scalable solution makes it easy to start with a single machine and expand as your business grows.
